We stayed at this hotel for a full week in early April. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and beautifully furnished with vintage décor — cozy and comfortable. The bed was excellent, and bed linen was changed every two days, which we really appreciated. The hotel’s great location gives easy access to all the highlights of the city, whether on foot or by public transport (metro, tram, or ferry). The staff truly made our stay special — they were friendly, welcoming, attentive, and very professional. I would especially like to mention Emre at the reception, who was always ready to help with advice on where to go and what to see — even better than a tour guide! Also, a special thanks to the lovely Nilo, the polite Murat, and of course, the “cook’s mother,” who prepared delicious snacks and baked goods for breakfast every morning. At this hotel, you truly feel at home — like part of a family. And don’t miss out on their Turkish Hammam experience — just €15/hour for a lot of relaxation and enjoyment, all within the hotel itself. I can only recommend this place to everyone, especially those who love cozy, non-standard boutique hotels. When we return to Istanbul, we’ll definitely stay here again.

I am staying at this hotel for the third time and every time it exceeds my expectations. The hotel itself, location, staff and food - everything is good. At the moment you enter the hotel, you feel like you are in an art gallery. everywhere you can see antique art items. A separate note is about the staff of the hotel. Emre, Mansur bei and Nola, and all ladies working at the kitchen - thank you for your service. You are always helpful. We especially like breakfast. It is a buffet type, but you can also order by menu. Buffet may be seen small, however, there are everything you need and homemade bakery is the best. Location is good too - close to Istiklal street (6 minutes) and Galatoport Mall (10 minutes). By taxi you can get to Zorly and Civahir malls too. Recommend to visit Bursa Kebapcisi for kebab and Gulluouglu baklava cafe for sweets.

This place is simply an excellent place to stay. The staff (specifically, Emre, Nilo, Fulya, and Murat) are incredible. In sum, this place's finest resource are the staff who are really friendly & helpful at every turn (Emre will, for instance, supportively warn you about road closures and everything else at the mention of your day's itinerary or pack you a delicious farewell travel snack, without you even asking; Nilo will ensure your coffee is replenished at every turn; Fulya will go out of her way to make your breakfast wholly enjoyable; and Murat will not rest till your room is sparkling clean daily - Simply good people). The other great aspects about this place are the location, the freshness of the breakfast, the cleanliness of the rooms, among others. I would stay here again and again. I would also recommend others to stay here any day!

The staff was highly welcoming and were always willing to help, whether it was something about the room or the trip itself. They also speak multiple languages. The building is very pretty, and the antique-looking interior is very clean and cosy. The rooms are cleaned daily and have everything you need for a few nights or a long stay of multiple weeks like we had. Breakfast is outstanding, with many things to choose from and friendly kitchen staff. The location is really great for visiting museums, nightlife and cafes, and the main tourist streets with all kinds of shops. They also have a funny orange cat that sleeps often and travels from building to building

Classy, historical atmosphere fitting this Orhan Pamuk and antique quarter of the city. I loved walking to locations from the hotel and having brought my bicycle I loved riding out from here (but caution, I love hills and all of this area is a steep hill). The breakfasts were delicious and the morning light in the dining area delightful. There was a large variety of foods to choose from. The building is very typical of the area. Stairs are narrow. You feel like a local citizen living there. The shower was warm. Service at the front desk was great for assisting in getting taxis or directions. The staff were all warm and friendly in their interactions.
